Japanese SAKE O・MO・TE・NA・SHI!!
Hasegawa saketen will host a Japanese Sake event to show our welcomes to people who are visiting Japan!
① SAKE Seminar and Tasting
Mr. Heizo Izawa, the owner of Katsuyama brewery will be
our guest. The seminar will cover specific areas of focus such as ingredient of sake, sake rice, and traditional brewing methods. There will be a tasting session after the seminar.
② SAKE tasting party
Meet with prominent Sake brewers from Japan and taste their fresh brews including such brands as
Isojiman, Dassi, and Hakkaisan. Experience food pairing with dishes
specially prepared.

Sake Competition 2013-celebrates winning sake
Sake tasting event for celebrating the winning prize sake at Sake Competition 2013. There will be about 60 types of sake, shochu and Japanese wine for tasting.
